Nestled on the side of the hill, you enter on the second story, surrounded by an outdoor patio and dining area. It’s a short 10 min walk to the surf breaks, Zippers, The Rock (La Roca) and Old Man’s and is close to ziplining, numerous farm to table restaurants and the historic Art District in San Jose. The home comes with 2 foam surfboards, boogie boards, beach towels, umbrellas and chairs.
